Students require some spoken English but no equipment.
FilmCourses.net weekends are for absolute beginners or for those with some filming or editing experience, who want to:
Acquire the basic skills using broadcast camcorders lights microphones & edit laptops
Find out whether they have the potential for a career in tv or film production
Test their communication, managerial, teamwork & technical abilities in high pressure & creative situations
Develop, storyboard, script, plan, direct & edit an idea into a short film| Beginner: | |

| Sunday: | Learn to then capture & edit an interview on a Mac Final Cut Pro laptop |
| Intermediate: | |
| Saturday: | Practise filming & editing a single camera 2 person interview |
| Sunday: | Script, storyboard, film and edit a short film or documentary |
| Advanced: | |
| Saturday: | Script, storyboard, prepare and direct your short film |
| Sunday: | Finish filming & edit your film |
